1/1〜1/4の正月営業が無事に終わりました。皆様、たくさんのご来店誠にありがとうございました。少し遅めの年始休暇をいただき、1/9から2026年の営業を再開いたします。今年は仕入れが限られていたため限られたメニューでしたが、そんな中でも特別なチャレンジをすることができました。今後の新メニューとしてご提供できる可能性に満ちた試みも行い、充実した4日間となりました。2026年もさらにお客様に喜んでいただけるよう、スタッフ一同精進してまいります。また1/9からの営業で、皆様のご来店を心よりお待ちしております。今年も変わらぬご愛顧のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

The New Year's business from 1/1 to 1/4 has ended without any issues. Thank you very much to everyone for visiting us. We will be taking a slightly late New Year's holiday and will resume business for 2026 from 1/9. This year, due to limited procurement, our menu was also limited, but even so, we were able to take on some special challenges. We also carried out initiatives full of possibilities that may become new menu items in the future, making it a fulfilling four days. In 2026 as well, all our staff will continue to strive to bring even more satisfaction to our customers. We look forward to seeing you again when we reopen on 1/9.
